Who we are
EveryLead is a missed-call text-back service for UK trades businesses, run from Liverpool. It is operated by Team Culture Limited, registered in England and Wales (company no. 15419831), registered office: 213 Liverpool Road North, Liverpool, L31 2HH. For the purposes of UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018), EveryLead is the controller for data collected through this website, and a processor for data we handle on behalf of our clients.
You can reach us about anything on this page at charlie@everylead.co.uk.
What we collect
If you use our quiz or contact us: your name, phone number, email address, your trade, and the answers you give (for example, roughly how many calls you miss a week). That's it, we don't buy data about you and we don't track you around the internet from this site.
If you phone or text one of our clients: we process the number you called from and the content of the SMS conversation that follows. We do this on that business's behalf, so they can get back to you about the job you enquired about. The conversation belongs to that business, not to us.
Why we collect it, and the lawful basis
Quiz and contact details: to send you your estimate and to follow up on your enquiry about our service. The lawful basis is legitimate interests (you asked us something and we're answering) and consent where you've ticked a box to hear more.
Client enquiry data (caller numbers and SMS conversations): to run the text-back service, replying to your enquiry, qualifying the job and offering appointment times, in the name of the business you called. The lawful basis is the legitimate interests of the business you contacted in responding to its own enquiries, under a contract between that business and us.
Texting back someone who has just called a business is a service message, not marketing, under the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR). Every message identifies the business, and replying STOP ends the conversation immediately and permanently, always honoured, no exceptions. We never send marketing texts without consent.
How long we keep it
Quiz and contact data: kept while we're in touch with you, and deleted on request, just email us.
Client enquiry data: kept for as long as the service agreement with that business requires, then deleted or returned to the business. If a business stops being a client, we don't keep their customers' conversations for our own purposes.
Who we share it with
We don't sell data, full stop. To run the service we use a small number of suppliers who process data on our instructions: Twilio (sending and receiving calls and texts), Anthropic (the AI that drafts qualification replies), Supabase (database hosting), Vercel (website hosting) and Resend (email delivery). Each acts as a processor under a data processing agreement.
Beyond that, data only leaves us if the law requires it.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you (access), ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (erasure). Email charlie@everylead.co.uk and we'll deal with it promptly, no forms, no fuss.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We'd appreciate the chance to put it right first, but that's your call.
Security
Data is held securely with the suppliers above, encrypted in transit, and access is limited to the people who need it to run the service, which, being honest, is mostly one person: Charlie.
